This Arts and Craft inspired family home is on the Kingswood Estate near Tadworth. Planning was a little difficult due to the local planning conservation officer, but after much hard work and patience we finally succeeded in planning approval. From inception Andrew has not just been a creative genius but a sensible head to discuss our family needs and provide his experience on house design. Decision to demolish and existing building and create a new build was daunting as I am in love with historic English buildings, a recipient of 'Home and Country' and really didn't want our new home to "look like" a New build but have the space and flow of a new build. A tall order but Andrew delivered with a beautiful Arts and Craft design which sits perfectly in this wide plot. We couldn't be more delighted! Due to his design it is so much easier to choose specifications, decor and a Garden design to create a timeless structure with modern facilities.
We have been through a lot as a family and we are most appreciate that Andrew has not just delivered on Architectural adroitness... he has steadfastly stayed with us through the stressful planning process for which we are so grateful. Building a home has sadly shown us there are not many honest or professional people in this industry or process; Andrew has been a pillar of support through all of this.
