This house was designed in the local Surrey vernacular picking up details from the Lovelace Estate around East Horsley.

A 2-storey house with basement, it has views across a private lake.

The house makes use of traditional Bargate stone which is often be seen on substantial homes around the Surrey Hills and Guildford.
