This transformative project took 18 months from design. Planning submission to competition. Located on one of the most exclusive private estates in the area, the client wanted their house to be both practical and welcoming, a true family home.

At the heart of the property is a large, open plan living space, creating a truly social environment in which to entertain guests but which works equally well for day-to-day family living.
